Deep aluminium frying pan with lid and temperature indicator
The Ultimo deep frying pan was designed for comfortable frying, stewing, and preparing larger portions of food. The Energy Saving System temperature indicator helps select the right moment to start frying, while the included lid facilitates controlling the cooking process.
The body of the pan is made of cast aluminium, which promotes even heat distribution and allows for maintaining a stable temperature during food preparation. The interior is covered with Swiss ILAG Ultimate non-stick coating, making it easier to fry with less fat and clean afterwards. The full induction zone accelerates heating and improves energy efficiency. The Energy Saving System temperature indicator signals the right moment to start frying, which helps reduce unnecessary overheating of the cookware. The glass lid with a silicone rim and a steam vent allows you to observe the dish without frequently lifting the lid. The pan is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction, as well as for use in the oven up to 180°C.
