Wok type pan
The wok pan by Ambition from the Cobalt series with a diameter of 30 cm is a combination of exceptional durability and modern design. Made of solid cast aluminum, it ensures high resistance to deformation and even heat distribution, which speeds up frying and cooking. Thanks to its thick walls, it maintains the temperature of dishes for a long time, which saves energy. The interior is covered with an advanced ceramic coating Qualum Ceramic, created based on Xerogel technology, free from PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, cadmium, and lead – it is an ecological and safe solution. The pan has a double-sided spout, which facilitates convenient pouring of sauces or fat. The included tempered glass lid with a steam vent allows you to control the cooking process without lifting it. The ergonomic Soft Touch handle guarantees comfort of use. The wok pan is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
